Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins
This book is about a
girl named Anna, who is shipped to a boarding school in France for American
students at her dad's will. Anna is less than thrilled about the situation
at first, but then she meets a guy named St. Clair, who shows her how great Paris
can be. Anna meets a lot of new friends and is eventually glad she came to
Paris. She's also very glad to meet St. Clair; the only problem with him is
that he has a girlfriend, and she has a boyfriend back home. But Anna starts to
feel that maybe her and St. Clair are meant for each other.
This book is a little
cheesy and cliche, but surprisingly addictive. It takes a little while to get
into it, but it's hard to put down when you get interested. I recommend it if
you need something easy to read.
