Aviary.com has free to use, web-based graphics editors, as well as a music creator. Check out their image and effects editors! These programs may not have all the features of Photoshop, but they come close!
Need to create a poster or flyer? Try using Glogster or Scrapblog! Glogster lets you create posters with interactive elements, or you can print them out. Scrapblog is used to make scrapbook pages, but also works for posters and flyers! Both have cool graphics and backgrounds to add to your poster!
